Since all our products are handmade, orders are carefully inspected and prepared before dispatch. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
During festive seasons, sales, or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
HarNavCrafts currently ships across India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery usually takes between 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability.
Deliveries to remote or rural locations may require additional time.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive shipment details and tracking information via email or WhatsApp (where applicable), allowing you to monitor your package until delivery.
While we work with reliable courier partners through Shiprocket, delivery times may occasionally be affected due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details while placing an order. HarNavCrafts cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses or contact information.
If your package arrives damaged, appears tampered with, or if any item is missing, please contact us within 8 hours of delivery. Kindly include your order number along with clear photographs of the package and product so we can investigate and assist you promptly.
